Medication Refill Requests
You will only be able to request refills on your active medication list. If you do not find the medication you need, then it is not listed as an active medication that has not been prescribed in the past or requires an appointment for a new prescription. You will need to call us for this refill and make sure we update your medication list. New medications cannot be requested through the Portal. An office visit with the doctor is still the most appropriate way this is done. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests to be completed.
Please include the following information with your refill request:
- Amount requested (i.e. 30-day supply)
- What to do with the prescription (i.e. mail to you, send to or call the pharmacy, hold at the front desk for pick up)
- Any special requests (i.e. call or fax 1 month to local pharmacy and send you a 90-day written prescription for mail in)

Emergency Treatment
If you have a life-threatening or severe injury, call 911 or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.
